1) PREPAID RESERVATION AND PICK-UP - Upon adding an item to your cart, you will be prompted to select a delivery area. Choose **CLIENT PICKUP IN-STORE (PASIG CITY)** among the options.
Use our online store interface normally. Prepay your order with GCash or your credit card (Philippine Peso) or Paypal account (US Dollars) for personal pick-up at our CW Home Depot office in Pasig City. If the individual who will be picking the items up is different from the cardholder, prior to arriving, please send us an email to inform us of your intended arrangement. Proof of credit card ownership (copy of government ID), and a statement of consent from the cardholder to release the items to a 3rd party will be requested in such a case.

2) ONLINE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY - Just as in method 1, use our online store interface to purchase your order. Upon checkout, make sure that a valid email address and mobile number are provided.

You can also opt to book your own preferred logistics solution by setting the order to PICK-UP, and coordinating the time and day of pick-up at our CW Home Depot consumer sales office (see the CONTACT US link for our contact information).
As a general rule, motorcycles can deliver small items such as sparklers and fountains. Orders up to PhP 30,000 can be delivered by MPVs. Beyond this, light trucks are recommended. Call us for any concerns regarding vehicle size. An order of Family Package 1 or 2, as well as any Dragon's Symphony of Lights Sequence (1 to 4) will outright require a light truck to facilitate the delivery.
We will contact you immediately if your chosen delivery vehicle is insufficient in size to facilitate delivery of your order to your chosen location, and send you an additional payment link to cover any balances.
3) BANK DEPOSIT AND DELIVERY - Available only outside of the peak industry dates (any date except for December 23 to December 31). Contact us through email and place your orders through firstname.lastname@example.org. Deposit the full amount to our working banks (Unionbank and BDO), adding the estimated delivery fee above that is applicable to your intended delivery area.
PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
We can process online Philippine Peso payments with GCash, Visa, MasterCard, JCB cards, and AMEX. USD payments are coursed entirely through PayPal. We can also accept a number of cryptocurrencies. Please contact us for more details.
GET 5% OFF ON ORDERS PAID WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY. Send us a copy of your intended order at email@example.com. We'll compute the total at current rates, and send the appropriate sending address. We are regretfully still working on an automated integration for this payment method at present.
LATE DECEMBER SALES POLICY
For orders placed in late December, we cannot guarantee that all goods will still be available. Due to this concern, we may shut down the normal online store processes at any time starting December 23 or later, depending on our inventory situation. Hence, the shopping cart may be disabled at this time. At this point, we recommend going directly to the CW Home Depot office in Pasig City.
ONLINE STORE PROCEDURE
1) Place items/orders into the shopping cart.
2) When prompted, select your payment option and transaction currency of choice.
3) After you are done placing your orders in the shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout".
4) You will be asked to provide your contact information. Once done, click on "Next Step".
5) You will be assigned an order number. If all order details are correct, click again on "Next Step" and you will be forwarded to our third party payment gateway. See the BILLING section of this page (below) for more information.
6) After successful acceptance of your credit card payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase with us if you provided an email address during checkout.
7) Generally, orders are available for pickup within 36-48 hours, though there may be slight delays during holidays.
CHANGING YOUR TRANSACTION CURRENCY
If you made a mistake in setting your intended payment option and currency, the option to change this will be available when viewing your shopping cart.
For Philippine Peso transactions, your credit card or GCash transaction will be billed under the company name "SOLAR HARVEST, INC.". For USD transactions coursed through PayPal, you will be billed under "DFX PROFESSIONAL SYSTEMS, INC."
